Dr. Bernas has been practicing the full scope of family medicine for almost 20 years. Donna practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, meaning she looks at how all areas of your life are connected. As a health coach, she’s a personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. She works with patients to help them create happy, healthy lives through whole foods and basic nutrition in a way that is flexible. By working together with patients, she can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support them and make gradual lifelong changes that enable patients to reach their current and future health goals.
